KEYS!

If you would like to use the grounds and the tennis courts while the pool is closed, please print off the key request form found on the "Membership & Info" page of this website to request a gate and tennis court key.  Mail your request and deposit to Starclaire Swim & Tennis Club P.O. BOX 240641 Charlotte, NC 28224, or bring your request to the pool during open hours. You will get your key after the paperwork has been received and processed!

CHECK-IN POLICY!

As we begin a new swim season, we would like to remind all members of our check-in procedures:

    As you enter the pool, please fill out the sign in sheet (Name, number of members/guests with you, time).  This information is important to us from both a membership and safety perspective.

    Once you sign in, please show all membership passes to the guard. No member will be allowed in without his/her pass – even if the guards recognize you!

     If you have brought a guest, they will be required to sign in as your guest and pay any guest fees at that time. (please refer to Guest Fee Rates and Conditions)

What to do if you lose your badge/pass?

If you lose your badge, don’t panic!  The guards have a list of current members and you will be allowed to enter the pool until a replacement card is issued. Follow these steps for a replacement card:

   Fill out the “Lost Badge Form” and turn it in to a lifeguard.

   The guards will pass this form on to management so that we can issue a new card in a timely manner. The first replacement card will be issued at NO COST – we understand that sometimes these things happen.

   You will be issued a duplicate card. After you have received a duplicate card, all other badges will have a replacement cost of $5. This covers the administrative and supply cost of replacing the card. You will need to pay this fee when you fill out the form for a third card.
